Ember-spreader for cleaning professional wood ovens of pizzerias, bakeries and restaurants. The ember permits to prepare the oven floor and to move the ash, embers and burning wood to the side. Stainless  steel  makes the tool extremely  resistant to the heat of the oven. The handle base and the interim sliding grip are in a specific high-density polymer, shock and heat-resistant.
