Order is an important ally when it comes to preserving the quality of professional pizza tools. In the daily work of the pizza chef, not only do peels, small peels and brushes need to be handled with due care during use, but they must also be stored correctly once they have fulfilled their purpose, waiting for the next shift.
Using suitable racks to store pizza utensils is a valuable habit, which helps to preserve their hygiene and durability. It also promotes better organisation of spaces: in a well-organised environment, where there is a place for everything and everything is in its place, the quality of work also improves considerably.
Gi.Metal has always been a friend and ally to pizza makers, which is why it offers practical and functional solutions for storing peels and accessories after work. Depending on the requirements and the number of tools to be stored, the company has come up with three types of racks: peel racks with a base, floor peel racks and wall-mounted peel racks. Although different from each other, all the models on offer ensure the smallest possible footprint and are therefore also adaptable to small spaces.
Peel racks with a marble base by Gi.Metal are stainless steel structures with anodised aluminium frames and a base made of marble. They are sturdy and practical, often self-supporting, and make all tools available at all times next to the oven. Depending on the models, they can accommodate several tools of different sizes. Our solutions include compact peel racks with a base that can also handle long tools, such as peels up to 78,7 inch., which are indispensable in the case of very deep ovens.
The Gi.Metal floor peel racks, on the other hand, are designed to store peels and small peels in a handy and functional manner. They consist of a protective stainless steel frame and a silicone mat to ensure better support of the peel’s head.
Lastly, the wall-mounted Gi.Metal two- or three-place peel racks are simple and functional solutions that can be easily fixed to the wall. The different sizes available let pizza chefs store several tools and, depending on their habits and work space, make it possible to hang peels, small peels and brushes right side up or upside down.
Knowing the needs of pizza makers has always been the key to Gi.Metal’s commitment. Knowing how to listen to customers makes it possible to offer solutions to real problems, including those related to the organisation of spaces. Needs often emerge from a simple exchange of ideas with industry insiders at trade fairs and events: the World Pizza Championship will in fact be the next stop for Gi.Metal, this year’s official partner of the event.
